Raleys Solicitors, a U.K.-based legal firm has recently implemented a phone system from Swyx, a Unified Communications vendor. Raleys Solicitors have been using an older telephony system that had high costs and did not offer the benefits that a SwyxWare system would.

Raleys Solicitors chose Swyx for their outsourced telephony system due to the inclusion of VoIP unified communications and the ‘presence’ feature which allows customers to be routed to a secretary if they feel the need rather than an IVR system. To streamline the company, Raleys Solicitors are also making use of SIP phones and SwyxMobile.
