Swyx Phone SystemsBarnsley based solicitors, Raleys Solicitors, established in 1883 and with a staff of 145 has changed its’ outsourced telephony service from Centrex to a SwyxWare unified communications (UC) solution.

Raleys Solicitors found that the Centrex system was incurring high costs and the absence of a VoIP system was hindering the firms flexibility and customer service.

After searching the unified comms market for a solution that ticked all of the boxes, Raleys eventually discovered Swyx. As Swyx is a software-based solution with an affordable license model that can integrate with other IT systems, it was the obvious choice for Raleys.

Richard Hilton, Chief Technology Officer for Raleys’ said “The majority of our work is conducted over the phone and it’s imperative that our customers have the option of talking to a human rather than a machine. Using Swyx’s ‘presence’ functionality, it’s possible to route calls dependent on someone’s diary movements and secretaries now have the ability to pick up group calls.”

With the SwyxWare in place, plus 10 SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) phones installed, SwyxMobile, the opportunity to take advantage of SIP Trunking and plenty more features, Raleys Solicitors is, needless to say, sticking with Swyx!
