Avaya have just revealed two new applications for Avaya Aura (Avaya’s Unified Communications Solution) that are designed to make businesses run more efficiently.
The first application is the Avaya Proactive Outreach for Financial Services which uses voice automation along with a business phone system to help manage mortgage modifications and self service for customers.
The second application is the Avaya Notification Solution (ANS) which uses SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) whenever there is an emergency or urgent business situation. The application uses SIP to contact the correct people and it can even unite them into a conference call.
These new applications are certain to be popular amongst businesses that value efficiency.
