Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN) has won a large contract to provide a mobile backhaul network in India from Tata Teleservices Ltd. NSN will provide network installation and planning and project management as well as servicing. The main duty of NSN though is to support IP traffic and Time Division Multiplexing (TDM) on a singular platform, providing more efficient bandwidth and connection. NSN will use a variety of platforms designed to monitor and manage the network.
