In a new survey conducted by Cisco and Greenbang, over half of UK businesses are of the opinion that carbon monitoring will be the technology that mainly encourages them to reduce carbon emissions. Disappointingly though, 60% of companies said that the main motivation for reducing their carbon emissions was cost and a further 24% said legislation, referring to the upcoming Carbon Reduction Commitment legislation in April. If we want to go green, we’re going to have to step it up a notch!
