Mobile phone maker Nokia faces years of legal battles after a class action complaint was filed accusing the company of securities fraud in regards to production and sales statements for specific Nokia products.

Nokia has announced that allegations are untrue and will consequently contest the allegations. The suit is being brought about by an institutional investor.
