After a jubilant launch, the Nexus One smartphone from Google has experienced a few teething problems – such as unreliable connectivity to 3G networks. There have been wide complaints that connections are timing out regularly. Not one to wait around, Google has swiftly issued over-the-air updates to fix the problem – with many users now reporting good connectivity.
As well as fixing this issue, Google has also provided a few new features with the update such as Google Maps 3.4 (which comes in night mode), Google Goggles (which allows picture searching on the internet) and new pinch-to-zoom features. What a way to avoid bad reviews!
