After a bumpy start, Google is finally getting its act together where the Nexus One is concerned. The new Google mobile phone was the subject of many complaints after it turned out that Google only offered online support for the phone – and it was fairly leisurely in its pace too. When Nexus One customers discovered a problem with 3G connections, neither HTC nor T-Mobile would fix it – which left Google’s online support.

Never one to make the same mistakes twice, Google has just announced the launch of a dedicated Nexus One phone line – 888-48-NEXUS (63987) – however, for the time being, the phone support will deal only with purchasing enquiries from existing customers. It’s a start at least! And hopefully better than this very basic help forum!
