The Federal Communications Commission has created a new website which is actually a very good idea – in fact, us Brits could do with something a little like this.

The website is all about helping the consumer figure out the tangled webs of telecoms and all that they entail. So, should you be having a few problems figuring out the best internet, wireless and TV services, a trip to the new FCC website will help.

However, the website does more than just give standard information. You can find online security tips as well as complaints advice, advice on how to avoid large bills and you can compare and discuss subjects with other users and with professionals.
